They wanted videos to help gain market share for a program that no one had ever heard of before and to target coastal communities who receive a lion’s share of the damage from hurricanes.
Each video is intended to highlight the difficulties of hurricanes while being different enough that the audience might hear something in one that they didn’t hear in another. We also utilized both a male voice and a female voice to appeal to different demographics.
In the end, each video highlights the beauty of living on the coast with the realism that we have to be prepared. A focus on the uncertainty that hurricanes bring as well as the stress and cost of evacuation. Call to action is to send viewers to the website to learn more about how Mangrove can take the stress and worry out of evacuation.
