Jennifer Courtney, Executive Director of Somerset House, decided that it was time for Somerset to expand their marketing efforts into video. Her goal was to create a welcome video for their website that would help individuals that were looking for an assisted living facility for themselves or for their parent(s) to understand what sets Somerset House apart from other Assisted Living facilities in Florida.

The solution:
Create a welcome video showing the inside of Somerset House, the friendliness of the staff, the beauty of the community as well as some of the statistics and facts that are critical in separating themselves from the competition. They also wanted to let individuals know that they are welcome to come visit/drop by anytime to “check them out”.
